Great selection of rubber wristbands at unbeatable prices. I was placing my order late at night and had some questions I needed answered before completing my order. It was awesome to get an immediate response from Thomas, who gave me the exact info I needed to make my final decisions and place my order. He was great and I will definitely be back to purchase again!
The bands are good quality but not exactly what I ordered. Spoke to a customer representative by the name of Thomas and he got the wheels in motion right away to get it fixed. Hopefully, this can be fixed asap. Give Customer Service 5 starts but overall can be better.

I enjoyed working with Austin and he was able to get my order turned around quickly. The only negative is the timing. It seemed like we missed each other at the end of the day - he was working late hours, I was not so things had to get discussed the following day. Richard saved my order and fixed the shipping so I would receive it in time. I ordered koozies for my daughter's wedding on a Saturday and requested 2 day shipping because we are heading out of town the following Thursday for the wedding. I expected the shipment on Wednesday but when I received the shipping notification, the delivery date was Thursday by 8 pm. When I called customer service, Richard said he would see what he could do and get back with me within 2 hours. He was true to his word and was able to change the shipping for me to receive on Wednesday. Thank you Richard!
