The shopping and designing was a breeze. I would have liked a little more information during the shipping and handling phase, but when the product arrived, I was impressed by the quality.

The only issue I had was with the way the bags were shipped. They were in one 300 pound box that fell apart when we tried to move it and the bags went all over my yard. It was very hard to move. However, the bags are great and I got them faster than expected. Thanks!

At first I could not figure out how to customize the coozie myself. Once I did get that figured out after having to call someone it was easy and smooth.

I ordered 350 adult size bracelets with a key chain, which I paid extra for.
When they arrived I discovered the size * placement of the key chain clamp made the bracelets way too small for anyone, even a child's wrist. I am not pleased with this product.
