Fair pricing and shipping
Part of the order was wonderful, but the other half was a different material and color than the others. I opened a support case several days ago and have not been contacted by any customer service representative.

Site is VERY user friendly! Had to call customer assit, thought I did something wrong, just had to change print color from black to white on the navy blue koozies (duh)! Customer service was very nice! Even tho he laughed at me (with me) for trying to use black on navy blue! Lol
My only regret is I should have picked different colors of koozies not ordered all 75 in navy blue! So many great colors to choose from!

This was my second order from here for a different item. Both times I was 100% satisfied with what I received. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
Custom logos need to be right side up on both sides of the lanyard. Half of the lanyard logo was right side up and the other half was upside down. Likewise some of the print was faint. The quality could have been pretty. Customer service interactions re: tracking the lanyards was good.
