Good wristband, fast shipping
Overall experience was great! It was easy to design and shipped in a timely manner. The only thing that could have been better is that the last few lines were blurry because they weren't big enough. You can't tell that it will turn out that way when you're designing. We're still using them so hopefully, they're legible enough.

The "chat" feature instructed me to call for help - what good is a chat if you have to call anyway? The CSR was so difficult to understand that I finally gave up and figured it out myself.

I was offered 100 free wristbands after buying 200. I clicked m the box for 100 free bands and I never did receive them. Customer service was no help to me when I called and asked for my hundred free wristbands.
