We were told we would receive the wristbands by a certain date and they did not arrive on time. Product is fine but we had difficulty with communication. I don't believe the call center is based in the US so there was some language/communication barriers.

Your coolies were good and the pricing was reasonable but the $10 charge to see a digital proof is ridiculous. The customer shouldn't have to pay to see what they are buying. You should hold off on that charge or at least not charge someone additionally to see what they are buying unless they request edits be made.

The items were great
I uploaded an all black image but was charged for two color imprint. It showed one color and always upon checkout it updated to two color. I was also charged a different amount than what was showing on checkout. My screen total was $98 but I was billed $113. I confirmed a one color imprint but have yet to receive a refund.
It's great so far, pretty easy to navigate, awesome deals and selections. The 'band color' displayed the wrong color a few times, but with the warning messages it seems like 24HOURWRISTBANDS is aware of this "bug" already. The key chains "preview" button also is a bit nerve racking, as it only shows the uploaded picture. The best option would be to show the uploaded image APPLIED to the key chain itself. Otherwise, having an option to "crop" your uploaded image to the key chain specifications would be an AMAZING addition.

My experience with 24hourwristbands was very pleasant. The personalization aspect was the draw for me and my napkins came out looking great!
Good wristband, fast shipping
Overall experience was great! It was easy to design and shipped in a timely manner. The only thing that could have been better is that the last few lines were blurry because they weren't big enough. You can't tell that it will turn out that way when you're designing. We're still using them so hopefully, they're legible enough.
