Took 12 days for customer service to contact me that stock was out of a product. 12 days. Then 2 more days later "artwork error." The error? The selected font was not available for that product. What?! So why offer it? Took two weeks for someone to even contact me about selecting an option listed on their own website. Totally unacceptable timeline to correct an issue that was 100% their fault. Placed an order 3 weeks before my in-hand date and they STILL blew it. Missed my big event to have these for. Lesson learned
