Great service - good products that did the job we needed.
I was excited with the ease of the site and designing my own product. I submitted my order and did not get confirmation. I called and they indicated my order did not go through. The gentleman I spoke to did not seem to have much knowledge about why it didn't go through or why I got an account registration email, but I couldn't log in. He indicated that I could not create an account without purchasing something first, but I figured out on my own how to create an account first, then re-designed and re-placed my order. The gentleman I spoke to use a lot of language like "I believe" instead of "I know". I was already frustrated and needed to speak with someone who was sure of what they were talking about. It was little to no help. I attempted to use the online chat and it took someone 15 minutes to respond. I may update my rating based on the quality of the product and the timeliness of the shipment.
The product is good quality, about what I expected for the price. We ordered the carabiner attachment and had to attach them ourselves, there was not an extra loop for the carabiner as pictured. Overall the quality was such that if I need a product like this again, I would shop here again.
The design experience was a little rough. It wouldn't let me print what I wanted so I had to improvise. I didnt have enough room so I had to split up the quote I wanted on it. But the price of what I ordered was great and it shipped quickly!

It was fine, we were initially told we could get them by a certain date, then that we could not, I got some money back for shipping, but it did not equal out to the difference in the shipping cost from when I actually received them. They turned out nice and everyone liked them in the end.
Mostly quick response and shipping. I am still waiting for a refund as the system charged me for 2 colors when I only used one.
