I think it is misleading to call your company 24 hour wristbands. I expected the bands to come at least in 4 days, but had to wait over a week.

I was very satisfied with the product that I ordered.
I have ordered from this company for the last 5 years. This year it seemed that every time I turned around the "fine print" got in the way of the product. The offer of "100 free wristbands" is misleading. Not until the very end, as you are checking out do they tell you there is a shipping and handling fee for the "free" wristbands. They are not really free. Then, I selected free shipping and it stated delivery would be between 9/12 and 9/14 but I then later received my delivery confirmation that the product would be here on the 17th, two days AFTER my event.
To top it off, Fed ex sent me 6 e-mails saying my product couldn't be delivered due to no one home(its a residence and no signature required), and then "weather" on a perfectly beautiful day I just gave up. I will not be ordering again.

The balloons are nice and will work for what we need them to. The only thing i'm a bit disappointed in is the artwork I had put on the balloons is SUPER small, even when its blown up it is VERY hard to see and read. I'm not sure if I missed something in the planning processes, but I was under the assumption the artwork would be more proportionate.

My overall experience was great.
I would highly recommend this company. The customer service was OUTSTANDING. The constant contact about my order and letting me know the progress was simply great. And when an error occurred with the print job, they immediately fixed it and shipped my merchandise in time.
