Great product will buy again

I like the easy design format and options

Customer service was inconsistent--some helped me to understand where my order was and that it was sure to be on its way soon, while others tried to get me to pay more money for a product that would have arrived before my desired date anyway. I received no order confirmation email and no way of tracking my order for weeks. Overall, the experience was very frustrating.

Better time frames and updates for production and delivery would be appreciated.

I wish the font option button were located closer to the sample image. It would make it easier to see the look of different fonts.

Everything about this purchase was easy and streamlined.

It was an easy process, uploading and using my own image. I wish that I was able to choose more than one color, but it was an easy process and customer service called when they had an issue with my color choice. They came out great and arrived in time for my event.

I ordered the stadium cups and koozies for our family reunion. The quality of both items was awesome. The cups are sturdy and not flimsy. The koozies were a great take home gift. I will definitely consider ordering from them again.
