I am pleased with my product, though one side is "off" a bit. I'm not sure what happened but it is a great value for the price!

The final mug was pretty good. I like the colors I chose and it's a good size. My only frustration was that I had paid extra for a digital proof and when I approved the one they sent me, the design had been much larger than the product I actually received. The smaller design had a pretty negative impact on the overall product, but I didn't have time to send it back and have it redone.
The product was great but the service was bad. I will not purchase from this company again.

The shopping process was streamlined, and easy to use. I was really disappointed with the quality of the product that we received. It was basically just printed on a thick paper. I wasn't expecting a traditional coaster, but thought it would be better than what arrived. The proof process and printing was good quality.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst company ever. I paid extra to have them delivered by a certain date. They arrived 2 weeks afterwards, well after our event. They claimed that they don't guarantee delivery dates, even if you pay extra for them. What a rip off! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!

So as I told the online tech person, Murphy, I designed a shot glass yesterday, left it up on my browser to order today. When I went to order it, i received an error that said "file not found" Murphy was really no help (not that he didn't try) but the original design, I was able to curve text. When I went to open a new tab to re-create the shot glass, there was no option to curve the text. VERY STRANGE INDEED.
UPDATE: received an email 10 days AFTER I placed the order that it was going to pre-production. But when I placed the order, production and delivery were 5 days each, so I didn't pay for "rush". I DID pay for it to be produced in the USA. So I called to complain. I was told that I could pay extra to have it expedited. What the heck? It should have already been on its way to me.
At this point, it was too late to get it done by another supplier. But once I paid the extra fee, the order was received with in days (?) The order was done correctly and looks nice.
Phone representative was excellent when I called to inquire. Product itself was not as good as I expected.
