Great Product, Service and Price

The ordering process was a challenge. I'm still not sure what the minimum number per color was, i just tried different numbers until something went through. I thought it said 10 but 20 worked. Also confusing that the site allows single digit numbers to be entered if that is not allowed.

I'm so glad Neal picked up the phone. I had no clue what I was doing and he made it easy and saved me a lot of time and a headache to boot. And most importantly the buttons looked perfect!

The product and printing are nice. Their customer service could use some improvements, as we had to make several phone calls to ensure our "rush" order was truly "rush" They didn't seem to have much care for our satisfaction.

Easy process to order with good options for images

I found the website a bit clunky when making the purchase. Had to select the item a go upkeep of times before the sale would go through.

Easy to use custom design template and good pre designed options available for koozies. Shipping was fast and product was exactly as expected. Happy to be able to order the amount I actually needed without having to order a minimum of 100+ for example.
