The website overcharged me on the # of ink colors. Had to wait 10 days for the adjustment on my credit card, which was charged for the originally estimated amount. Once this was corrected, however, the product is a good value!

Great service and we got quick help when needed. The shopping experience was easy and the pricing especially the coupon was excellent. The delivery time was off by 4 days when it finally arrived and it missed our event and the color of the yellow was more lime or neon than expected. But we are definitely willing to try another round.
