I would have rated the shopping experience and products/services higher had I only received the items on time.

Proof was only available through phone call but proof was good

I'd say so long as you clearly select the item in which you are most interested in, and are careful with all your choices. I'd say 9/10 there shouldn't be any problems. I know that nothing is perfect, but the wristbands I ordered look great and it arrived within the time frame that was expected.

I bought multiple items but had to pay separate shipping fees, did not like that.but appreciated, when I asked about this, receiving a discount code

Ordering these wristbands online has not been successful for me. Each time (my last order was my third order) I tried ordering online I had to order by phone instead. Your phone people are very courteous and helpful, however.

System on designing the wristbands were easy, shipping of the product was fast and efficient.
