Quick and easy and great price
The shipping was fast, a couple glitches in the website, I had to start over on my design a few times, but over all the product I received was exactly what I design, and it is good quality.
My first experience with your company was a great one but ordering this banner was the total opposite. After going round with customer service 3 times, I would have canceled the banner if not for my deadline. And even after I removed artwork the automated system continued calling me at 5am in the morning.
It was a great experience, and we will use them again.

Good product and a good turnaround time.
I ordered wristbands on Jan. 2 for a Jan. 21 event. The website indicated I would have the wristbands by Jan. 16. When they had not arrived on Jan. 16, I called the company. I was told (1) that I should have called the company on Jan. 2 to tell them I needed the wristbands by a certain date; and (2) that there was nothing they could do on Jan. 16 to get me the wristbands by Jan. 21. I was left empty handed on Jan. 21. I now have a large box of wristbands that I can't use.
