Quality was great and very fast shipping
Easy ordering process. Quick production time and very pleased with delivery turn around.
One batch did have a few damaged bracelets (cut wrong or print smear), but extra were sent so they didn't affect quantity ordered.
Call to find out status twice and no one could tell me anything. The product came in on time, just would have been nice to talk to someone that knew something. Status was pending, even in production.

Easy to place the order, but the font on the balloons, was a lot smaller than expected. Not easily read from a distance of 10 feet away when blown up
Overall, the mugs are good. The color is a little lighter than what I envisioned (not as bold) and the image printed was stretched from edge to edge of the cup not center framed. Lesson learned: pay the $10 fee for print proof. I felt a proof of print/layout should be included in the price the order.
