BE WARNED! This company does shoddy work. I ordered 1000 wristbands for promotion and can't use not one if i want to protect my brand. Customer service is horrible and doesn't comprehend basic english language. The print was faded and smaller than the mockup or the preview. The printing was also crooked as if they did no quality control or inspection. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. They're not willing to refund even when they're the one's who messed up.DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE REVIEWS POSTED ON THIER WEBSITE! ZERO OWNERSHIP FOR THEIR MISTAKES. S T A Y A W A Y!
My overall experience was "eh". I order about a month ago and just received my bracelets. I had designed my bracelets to to look like my logo and was told I couldn't add the period in a certain color because it would "clash". After designing my bracelet to make sure the period was on the gray side of the bracelet (red and gray gradient) I wanted the period to be in red. Looking at the bracelets today the colors would not have clashed at all.
I really like this company. My order arrived sooner than expected. Wasn't that pleased with the product. It is for promotional giveaways so I won't complain. I will order from them again!

Easy ordering and responsive customer service, but a couple cups were broken and we didn't receive a tracking number or a phone call for delivery and thus didn't get the order in time for our event.
We have had some difficulty with the site crashing when we try to order but are overall satisfied with the service and quality of products.
