Easy to do/navigate site
The experience was easy. Other than an unhelpful chat experience who was untimely and didn't actually answer all of my questions, it was still fine. We took a risk since the chat box person didn't get back to us but it paid off. Received the products pretty quickly as well.

The order process was smooth -- the screens loaded fast and were straightforward.
Paid extra for expadited shipping & still receives it late...missed the event I bought them for...dates at check out are not promised but you pay extra for certain dates...they do not tell you that unless you call them they want you to pay more for the date you need & it's still not promised...this has happened with my last two orders...I'm done doing business with them!

I needed this for my class project and I was very happy with how the pins turned out, it was exactly how I wanted them. They also came in on time which made that even better.
Only negative is that they don't accept purchase orders and the school doesn't have a charge card.
