Confusing process with cancelling one order and placing the correct one. CS insisted I went with the first order which the proof never showed up correctly.
Inside was not embossed with color as I expected, but again, maybe overlooked that in the confusing proof process.

Very easy ordering
Communication was good as far as the customer service is concerned. I like the ability to receive updates via text messages and email. The product although serves the purpose it was purchased for I did not like the color of the actual coolie as it was displayed on the website.
As mentioned in my review, the quality of the product is just fine. For whatever reason, you only used part of the image I sent you on the finished product. It still works and is usable, but it's not the full image I sent to be printed on. Consequently, we'll probably shop elsewhere on our next merch printing.
The only placeonline I could find that sold customized bracelets.

There was a bit of confusion with my first design but I was able to create a different design and have someone over chat approve it before having to send in the order and everything. Very good people.
The keychains were great as far as design goes. We love that each has it's own envelope. The only concern is that some of them appear to have goo smeared at the top near the ring.
