First of all, the website show me a lower price with a discount when I made the order, after when the order its confirmed they put almost $20 more whitout any advise... When I called for them, the guy thy to convince me the charge its for production(?) but a read everything and shows nothing about extra charge...

And receive the date for delivery guaranteed for MAY 15 2019... today is 5/17 with my order not even been shipped yet? Nobody call me to confirm? I choose no need proof or anything... the name of your website is 24HOURS? Really?
Could someone please explain me this? I need my stuff for today and now I don't have anything because this company simply don't do what they offer for their clients?

Compared a lot of places before ordering koozies for my wedding & these were by far the cheapest and most efficient while still being a good quality. My only complaint is the color was off (supposed to be white, more of a light grey). I would/have still recommended!
