I think when ordering I was under false pretenses because you have 'fine' print somewhere on your website that even if you pay extra per wristband and it's under 'standard' shipping you aren't getting the bands anytime near the estimated date. I would have gone with a different company and paid a bit more had I known we were not getting these memorial bands prior to my sons friends memorial and the end of the school year. Then they weren't even individually wrapped like I paid for-but you will refund that lousy money. I'm so disappointed. The reviews on the website must be fake.

Terrible! I ordered 22 ounce cups and what I received were 16 ounce at best?
Numerous attempts to resolve have gone unanswered? Many imperfections on the cup itself which they put out a disclaimer for! It would be an embarrassment to me to give out such an inferior product at my daughters wedding! I have lost on this deal. They claim to be in Texas and I have followed up with that state's consumer fraud unit! I wonder how many others go through this?

I was not satisfied with the shipping experience because the original estimated was May 3, yet when I called to check the status on May 7, the items were not yet in production. On May 10, I received a call that there was an issue with our artwork and told that I should have paid for expedited shipping. I did receive the items on May 15 (12 days after the estimate given at the time of order) after hours of correspondence and headaches and spending an additional $48 to expedite shipping.
