I was very satisfied with the product. I wasn't happy with the communication on where my product was in the processing department. It did arrive on time (actually early) for my event.
Easy to order. Was able to upload image right from my phone as well.
Website a bit confusing but wasn't a deterrent from buying
Problem placing order using Kindle had to use phone
But all worked out well and I received my order in a timely manner. I did call and speak to someone after I got my order giving positive feedback to him! He said he would put that in the system. I don't know if he did.
I especially appreciate that you had the option of having the wristbands printed in and using paint from the USA- in Houston, even! It was a bit more expensive, but to me it was worth it being able to support U.S.

The wristbands seem to be of good quality, and I will likely reorder in the future, though I do have plenty for right now.
Shipping was almost a week late and I didn't have the bracelets in time for an event. I contacted customer service to check on the delay via email and live chat and no one ever got back to me.
Not good first order over half braclets were messed up when I contacted company was td would need to send back before new ones could be made I order new ones for memorial service still dint have them and they call and ask me to pay more money to expedite them in time for service I refuse to pay anything more I spent 80 in 2 orders and was going to order other stuff but as to the way things have been handled I may be forced to take my business else where
