I bought 3 different pin buttons that I designed on the site. 100 square, 200 round buttons
*Pros: I thought they did a great job. Colors and quality price all good arrived in a timely fashion.
*Cons: The online chat help, is inconsistent. No one would answer me at times when I would have questions.
I love this company because there was an issue with my order. They are contact with me before printing and even did a follow up to confirm the issue was taken care of before processing. Great quality of work and very professional.
When I first sent my order I did not get a confirmation. I called back a few days later and talked to a real person who was able to see that my order did not go through. I simply re-ordered, got an immediate confirmation email, and my cups came in a timely manner.

The products that I purchased and ordered were of good quality. However, the customer service made a poor impression on me. The instructions for production and shipping times listed on the website are confusing and misleading. I ordered my products three weeks in advance of my event and still had to pay for rush shipping. The company charges shipping by the item, not the actual shipping package. As a result, paid two shipping fees for items that came in one envelope. The website also states that there is a deep discount available to schools and non-profits. The discount I was offered was 15% and it involved a complicated checkout process, not sending in a customer testimonial.
In the end, I would probably order from this company again, but I would leave plenty of time (6-8 weeks) for standard production and standard shipping. I know the website states that standard production and shipping is 5 days each (10 days total), but I was told on the phone that it could take up to three or four weeks to receive my products if I didn't upgrade to rush production and rush shipping. If you need your products quickly, be prepared to pay for the very expensive rush rates.

I bought these bracelets for an event promoting safe driving at a high school. I purchased 15 colors and 2500 total bracelets. Everything came exactly how I wanted them. A few bracelets had little blemishes but each bag of 100 had a few extra so it made up for it and then some. The kids loved them and so do I. I have 3 high schools to do next year and I'm at ease knowing I can rely on 24hourwristbands to have a great product and a great value. Thank you guys for helping me try to make make our streets a safer place.
Great quality product- easy to navigate ordering and fast delivery.
The price for rush shipping was a lot but worth it if they come out right and ontime! I am not happy with the design template...we would see one thing on the design studio and another at the preview before payment.
Very fast and friendly service tried to ship to a P.O. Box was informed very fast that i couldn't and they got an updated address from me.

Beware of deception in terms of rush production and shipping.
The color and quality of the actual bracelet is very good, but we can barely even read the imprint. We've very disappointed in this product and a bit embarrassed to give them out at our event.
