I was very disappointed in the customer service I received. I had to follow up on the proof. I never received it - I check spam, trash, everything and never received it. I called and they sent it right to me. I approved it immediately on Saturday. I still had to call to follow up again on Tuesday. They notified me then that I would not receive my order until after I needed it. I had to pay an additional $35 to have it expedited! I am an event planner and I highly doubt I will use your company again.

I was able to customize the print and position so was quite happy. These are ordered for a Presidents Tea and will be perfect. I did search several sites and yours was the only one that allowed me to make the changes I wanted and yet keep the price within my budget.
Great service and communication. Wish the imprint colors had more options. The orange imprint could have been more brilliant, but overall ok.
I will have to reorder product at my expense because it was not what I expected.
Web site checkout was difficult. Consider a Paypal option. I was surprised to see that grommets were placed in all four corners of the flag. I had a local tailor remove two of them.
