Easy to order. I wish there was an option to see immediately how the logo would look on the item without paying $10 for the draft (which also causes delays in receiving the item). The hidden charges that I was told about after purchasing were a big bummer and made for a negative experience. When I heard about the extra $50 charge I wanted to cancel my order, but was told that it was already in production even though I had not agreed to pay the extra $50. After about an hour on the phone, I had the $50 fee waived only after stating once more that I wanted to cancel the order. My suggestion is to just make it easy for your customers in the first place. The website error was your fault, so next time, just give a customer a refund if you messed up. Don't blackmail them into paying $50.
