The pricing is not clear because it changes as you pick options- the difference in prices in the options don't show before you select. There is no chart to compare the pricing, so you have to click back and forth between designs, write on a piece of paper and then look at it. I don't know that I picked what I really wanted within my price range because items are not easily comparable. I am hoping that the wrist comes on time and correctly. The process was surprising difficult and disappointing.
I had a very quick turn around time and after talking with the customer service representative he made some suggestions that worked even better! Fantastic experience!

The website - when you go to edit a design for a custom button - moved the design around without me doing anything. I closed out without saving any changes - especially not saving the changes the website seemed to have an error in making - and yet the buttons still came to me messed up. The image on the purchase screen was the original and correct even after I went to edit and didn't save to avoid the buttons looking as the website made them look. 50% of my purchase was messed up.
