Your terms and conditions give you an out on quality control. I want something fairly consistent and within reasonable difference from one order to the next. I got a really good blue color the first time and this time it is a light blue. I understand you may inject more or less with the glow stuff. I am asking for some resemblance. You can run quality control of just a few bands to test before running them all off. What I just received also did not match the color it showed on the website, but it is blue. Very very light blue. I sent pictures of the difference and was told that was not acceptable. So, I took new pictures without the old bands as a comparison and was told standard deviation to the blue. My point was the difference was pretty significant. What I got in return was talk about the terms on repeat. If you can not be decently consistent I am not going to come back. I paid a ton for those bracelets and not happy with what I got. You guys did not seem to care. I can find another company.
