This was a really easy process!
Wristband lettering began to fade after a week of wearing it. I've purchased ones before from a different seller and they have never started to fade within a week of receiving them. Very disappointed with the quality.
This has been a wonderful experience. Very quick and efficient.
Imprint color was pink when ordered and product received is red. Company stated colors may vary and to use the preview as an example of what it will look like. Which is what I did. I sent a side by side photo showing the difference but they denied my claim. Wasted $185 on wristbands.
I wish there was a more realistic proof of the napkins when designing and ordering them.
I experienced a few small hiccups during the processing and delivery of our product. The original digital proof wasn't mine, and the size I ordered was unavailable. 24hr Wristbands quickly rectified both issues and allowed me to select another size option too.

I had ordered buttons as a gift for my grandmother, as we had recently lost our grandfather who loved and collected buttons. All went well for most of them, but one showed up blank.
Everything went well with purchase. My only suggestion would be that customers should be sent a confirmation email (receipt) after purchase so they can be sure and have it for their records. I had no problems with receiving my item. I would've just liked to have the receipt ahead of time for confirmation. There is a receipt in the package and everything with my order went well so I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others! Thank you!
