The staff were quickly responsive, tremendously helpful and the products arrived very quickly. The price point is good. Our colors just did not product the band we thought we were ordering online. The raised letters are not seen until closer up; however, being tactile, the feel of the raised letters helps. Just having them on is a great reminder of the mission behind the bands!
My experience on the site was good. Well lay out and easy to access what you are looking for. The product does show a little different in person than the proof provided to you but overall it good.

Unable to speak to a real person when I call in. Have been locked out of my account. When I request a password reset I never receive an email back to reset it.

Fast and easy
Terrible customer service and product. Ordered 2 1/2 inch wristbands. One in a green camo color with debossed ink. Received the wristband and the band is mostly black and it's difficult to read the wording. It looked very different from the proof I approved. I contacted customer service, sent them 2 pictures, and they told me that their terms and agreements state that the colors may not be what you approved online. They also told me they could read the printing fine. They would do nothing for me. I would have been happy with a replacement in a lighter color but nothing.
I've also ordered from them in the past and have had several wristbands just split on me when I'm trying to take them on or off and I have thin wrists.

The color I ordered was called neon orange. I expected it to be a bright orange. It was a very muted orange...looked more like Texas orange. They need to change the name of that color, it's very misleading.
We were very satisfied. Purchase & proofing process was smooth & customer service was great.
Logo was not printed exactly as it should be and the info on the back is too small print to read.
