Product was fine. But, SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! Time frame for delivery on website was for 7 days standard production. Order arrived after almost 3 weeks after tormenting them for days to make sure it arrived. Phone reps were rude and laughed at my concerns and claimed there was no manager. Funny how a manager called when I used every browser and computer I had to tie up their chat reps and threaten legal action to get results. Look them up...the owner is in prison for price fixing and the BBB has a warning about their horrible service and misleading about production time. I would avoid these morons at all cost in the future and have found another vendor.
Wristbands worked very well and provide a great way to track the number of people at large events.

Printing on the back of the coolie was crooked, but the support team for making our logo on the front look great were awesome!
Ordering from the site on the mobile app was confusing but doable. Took 20+ days to receive the product. I did not receive an order confirmation or any communication until they sent me an email asking for this review. Tracking numbers were not provided on the shipped product. When I was worried about where it was (often) I had to log back in to the website to check for a status change rather than having a link in my email or status updates emailed to me. Product is beautiful, exactly as I ordered, and they threw in a few extra.
