The order was not received on time and art was different from the art I requested. One change was made before they ask for my authorization. When I received the order the order was shipped before.
The experience was great yet the price increased > 15% for same product and same number of units the following month.

There was a problem with the graphic that was designed for the logo. The designers at 24hour wristband had a really hard time explaining to me (a graphic designer) what needed to be fixed in order to improve print quality.
They were such a great team to work with and I loved my cups. I'll use them again for sure!
