They got our money and not credited to our 1x bet, They simply telling we need 3 hours, 1day like that and then they are not credited to our account. Even call, mail, chat support also they are not ready to give a reply.

This is scam when you withdraw the small amount it's ok but when you try withdraw more than1000 then site refuse to withdraw

I am totally fade up with 1xbet and its support teams are good for nothing. I have three deposit in pending. Its been like two months. I submitted all documents through email several times. Really disappointed by 1xbet. I have been using 1xbet for a long time and had no issues. On 19th November i used bank transfer option to deposit money *******PKR into my account and after transferring money i created deposit request but money wasnt credited into my account. I asked the guy on chat support and they said that they havent received the money. I filed a complaint with my bank and i was informed that the money was sent to the account the very same day. I sent all the transaction details, deposit slips, confirmation emails and my bank account statement at *******@1xbet-team.com but no one replys there. Now after providing all the documentations even the chat support has a default message saying to wait, they act like bots, not listening to what customer is saying and only saying that to wait. Its 26th November and still there is no response.
I had been a loyal customer of 1xbet but after such behaviour and stealing my funds im afraid to say that i wont be using any of your services ever again.
