The shopping experience online was easy but after the order was placed is where my frustration began. I specifically ordered from this website because the delivery time listed was faster than ordering directly from the manufacturer website and I have house guests coming and need the furniture before they arrive. The shipment date listed before the order changed once the order was placed and then the email I later received with a delivery date was past the date I need for my guests so I won't even get it in time. In addition when they called to confirm my address they said that the bed would not come with supports (even though it has a headboard, footboard and side rails) which it didn't say online so I had to pay another $150 I wasn't expecting and wasn't even offered when placing the order. Lastly, I chose the free porch delivery vs having it delivered inside but they said now even with porch delivery I need to be here to sign for the delivery so now I will have to adjust my work schedule. They did offer to waive the fee for delivery in the house but the room it's going in is literally right inside the front door so it's not much of an advantage for them to bring it inside but none the less it was nice of them to offer.

I was a little concerned about ordering furniture online, but after talking to their customer service representative Joe, I placed my order right away. The prices are really reasonable and the bedroom set I ordered is beautiful! I would recommend 1StopBedrooms to anyone looking for furniture. Also, what I purchased online is exactly what our local "high end" furniture store has on their floor, but 1StopBedrooms is about half the price. If you are unsure, give them a call and talk to a sales associate….they are great!
