Honestly, it was a great experience from start to finish. My ONLY complaint: calling to ask me if I want to buy brackets to old my couch together AFTER the sale was complete. That was a bit skeevy.
Other than that though, shopping and comparing couches was a breeze. Payment was a breeze. When I called to voice my complaint, THAT was a breeze. Delivery was a breeze. Set up was a breeze.

Ultimate chill mode being activated on my brand new couch as soon as I was done setting up, was a breeze.
The fact yall take Affirm sweetens the deal even more.

Ultimately, even with the one hiccup. I would 10/10 suggest 1stopbedrooms to anyone!
