Quick and easy checkout and great customer service with knowledge of products
I have been charged 4 times for the couch, and 3 times for the add-ons. My couch has not shipped yet, so I'm hoping this doesn't occur again, and even more I'm hoping to love the couch so much that I forget the hassle I've had with the credit card charges.
By far better than going to actual furniture store. I found what I wanted at a furniture store then googled the brand and found 1stopbedrooms. The price was better and customer service was better. I would definitely recommend!
