We purchased the Alphons collection sofa and love seat which was on sale. Within an hour of ordering they called me to tell me it was on backorder and gave me a choice of canceling or waiting an additional 10 days for it to arrive. We had no issues with waiting so we waited, it was nice to have the choice to cancel though. The furniture came 2 days earlier than their forecast, it was delivered by a moving company who put it right into my living room for me. We're glad we waited because the set is nice. The color seems to match the website picture well, the fabric was well stitched and we could find no flaws, all the reclining mechanisms work well. The cushions seemed a bit stiff at first but after a couple of weeks they now are soft and very comfortable. We'd definitely recommend this set as well as 1StopBedrooms to others.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
