I contacted customer service as requested once I purchased the Harrelson loveseat. The gentleman was amazingly sweet and helpful. He was able to get me a reduced price on the Scotchgard. And he even upgraded my order to in-home delivery. These people were amazing to work with. I hope I love the sofa when it comes, but I know even if I have any issues that I can contact them and they will make it right!
This item is very nice. Great quality. I already had 2 and ordered a 3rd. They are very concerned for security and you have to verify your info multiple times as in my case. However every one I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. I appreciate security measures!
