Price for the sectional I ordered was better than at Levin and Ashley with free white-glove delivery (others charged for delivery). I received a phone call the verify order and he quickly went over the upgraded warranty, which he convinced me to get. Hopefully I won't use it since you get the credit back if you don't! My uncle is going into an Assisted Living facility. We bought him bedroom set that included a bed frame, nightstand, dresser and chest. A mattress was needed. At checkout the "White Glove Delivery & Assembly" was automatically added to both the bedroom set and the mattress. I couldn't take it off the mattress. There was no reason to add the additional fee. Joe, the customer service representative was very helpful and pointed out that a box spring was needed. Which I really appreciated. It very stressful moving a family member into a facility.
