So this is the first time I have ever had an interation with 1 stop bedrooms. The website was very easy to use. I called customer service and was greeted immediately with no wait. The man that helped me was named Joe. He was super informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. I literally been on the phone today with rooms to go and asley furniture directly. Both rooms to go and Ashley fruniture need to hire Joe to train there employees. Could only hope delivery and setup goes as smoothly. Thank you very much Joe and 1 stop bedrooms!
My experience was like a sandwich.started out very good because the sales person was knowledgeable with the products for sale and helped me find the perfect couch; however I bought this couch on cyber Monday in November and sat at the delivery place (logistics solutions) in Virginia since Dec 16! I had many BROKEN PROMISES as to when it was going to be delivered and it wasn't until around Jan 10-18 that a supervisor, Kristian, really started at getting info from that company as to why it sat there so long, and when it will be delivered. I was extremely upset because I just bought this house and I desperately needed something better than sitting on a mattress on the floor because I am physically disabled, plus I do a house share with a few roommates, so no one was able to enjoy the living room, as there was really nothing comfortable to sit on. Now here's the GOOD thing, that kinda made up for the bad things…
The delivery people were great and they did a really good job as to setting it up for the way I wanted it, and they helped me move the mattress I had in there, and THAT wasn't part of the delivery job, so very grateful for that; plus, the couch is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, and it's wayyyyy more beautiful and EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE.THIS is the VERY BEST couch I ever had! So thank you all at one stop bedrooms, especially Kristian for being tenacious in solving the delivery issues.

"We always have a great experience with the customer service. Sean was very pleasant and answered all questions we had. This is our second time buying from 1StopBedrooms. We continue to enjoy our first set of couches in our loft that we had to buy a new sectional for our living room. If we ever need anything again, we plan to be reoccurring customers. Thank you for all of the help and fabulous products.
The only downside is that the company does not give an option to add pre-installed power packs to your order before you purchase your assets. As a reoccurring customer I knew this was going to be needed with my purchased and I understand that they cover this topic when you call for your review, but I wish I knew my final total before placing my order online. I wish the company would add this option back online. Since the company already does a review, they can still keep that topic on their "must talk about" list without causing any issues while simultaneously having this option online.
