I ordered a chair, got an email to call them to verify the purchase, and the man said the Free Delivery didnt apply to where i live, Jackson, MS
I told him to just cancel my order. He quickly said they could do the delivery for free
Now, a week later with no further communication i saw where my money was refunded
Four time delivery dates made of which the delivery never made it to my home. No call from the driver, no call back from customer service! I will cancel my order NOW!
