From November 29 2024 to January 15,2025 I have not received my furniture order and receive excuse after excuse. I have been told to just wait, they are coming, look at the pictures we sent you, isn't that your ring camera, you didn't open the door. (Not my ring camera. Not my door). While I sat watching the gps tracking app show them on the street but never stopping here. Now the dispatch has blocked my number.
Today again no delivery after being given less than 24 hours notice for delivery again.
The delivery company says reschedule and ask for a refund.
The first authorized charge was on December 23rd.
All I'm getting is sorry and thanks for your patience. Would you like to reschedule. I took off work again and am not being refunded the full delivery fees and all of my money! A unauthorized charge on the 13th from 1stopbedrooms just showed up on my card.
This is a scam!
Haven't received the couch yet, but the customer service has been so fast and friendly. Received a few confirmation emails and an estimated delivery date. Excited for the couch to arrive and will be leaving a review after delivery

I canceled my order they didn't ship my order because they waned me to purchase something else that came with the bed so if I didn't order it the first time what that has to do with the order I purchased than I call back 2 minutes later it say y'all close seemed more like a scam I will not refer anyone here
