I was a little skeptical at first ordering on line but after talking with Salesman, Eddie I was impressed. He was knowledgeable and informative. He gave me "peace of mind" regarding ordering from the internet. I was impressed!
Ordered two tables and was quickly notified that they were on back order. Accepted the new delivery date due to the back order as it was only an couple of extra weeks. Received email they were then in transit but never received a tracking number. My account then updated that they were delivered, however, there were no tables received. I called the customer service department, which took 50 minutes to get through to, who informed me they in fact were still on back order and had never shipped out in the first place. I was then transferred to another representative to try and gather me more information about these tables I ordered and they hung up on my as soon as they answered.
***After these issues occurred, I received a call from Roy, who was very understanding of my frustrations and was helpful. He quickly rectified the situation for me and I now have the two tables as originally requested on the website.
These products do take a while to deliver but they are worth the wait. Decent quality and the product looks exactly like the photos. Cannot beat this for the price.

The ease or ordering was exceptional. The website was very user friendly. We had found the couch elsewhere, but not only was 1Stop Bedrooms the best price, our purchase included shipping and set up. The men that set it up were friendly and careful and cleaned up all of the packaging and took it away. The couch is comfortable with durable fabric. I was nervous about making a big purchase like this online, but we could not have asked for a better experience!

We received email updates, quick delivery (less than a week), and customer service was glad to give us the shipping status when we called. Product was as described so we love our two new recliners. This the worst company you can ever order furntirue from. I spent $3000. 00 on a sofa and loveseat. The loveseat arrived damaged in April of 2018. The driver noted it on the delivery receipt. We contacted 1stopbedrooms immediately and we were told a company would call us to schedule a technician to come out. 5 weeks went by and nothing. I could not get anyone from 1stopbedrooms on the phone unless I acted as if I was making a purchase. Finally in August of 2018, I call back and express my concern and finally a company calls me 6 weeks later to schedule a technician. The first technician comes out to view the furniture in NOVEMBER 2018 as this was the first available appt. The technician said the wood frame is cracked and there is no way to replace. I hear NOTHING back from 1stopbedrooms so I contact them two weeks after the technician viewed the couch and they stated they would send me the best in the state and ensure it gets fixed, FEBRUARY 2019 and the technician is finally able to make it back out. IT IS THE EXACT SAME TECHNICIAN THEY SENT THE FRIST TIME. He literally LAUGHED AT THEM and could not believe he was back out to look at a piece that cannot be fixed. I have tried multiple times to reach out and have 1stopbedrooms resolve this damaged piece (not to mention the piece has a 5 year warranty). I have had no luck and I am just promised we are looking into it. I have finally resulted to a lawyer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
