We found the bedroom suite we liked at s local store... but they did not have the finish or items we needed. We found our desired products on this web site... less expensive... and the processing, delivery and set up really was "white glove"! We thought that was just a marketing gimmick!
My couches arrived in a little less then a month which was clearly explained when checking out. My couches are perfect, exactly as described for much less then other compines!

They unpacked the sofa and love seat, put them right where we asked, cleaned up the packaging, asked us to inspect the sofa and make sure everything looked good. Purchased a bedroom set through 1 stop bedrooms and in the beginning there was a misunderstanding in the date and where it was to be shipped as we were in the middle of moving to another state. They ended up shipping it out early without notifying me first when I told them not to ship before I had notified them or aknowledged it to be shipped by me first. The sales reps originally where going to charge me a huge fee to have it shipped back but once I spoke with Jeff, the CEO of the company. He was actually very appaulled by the error because they would then have to pay for the storage fees for the furniture to sit in the warehouse. He corrected the problem immediatatly and refunded my credit in full which lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and It gave me a renewed sense that when companies and reps makes mistakes they can be easily corrected and they were able to follow through with fairness and integrity to do what's right under the circumstances. I would not hesitate to order from Jeff at 1 Stop Bedrooms in the future inspite of my first order and actually plan on placing the order again after we get settled down the road in a new home.

We are in the middle of purchasing a new home in a different state and did not know when we were closing on the home. 1 Stop assured me that they would not ship the furniture until they received confirmation from me on where I was going to be. This was on Sunday that I ordered the furniture. On Tuesday I found out that my house did not pass inspection and that I would not be moving to the other state on the estimated date, which was in April. I called 1 Stop to let them know and was told that my furniture was already in transit and there was nothing they could do and that it was on its way to the other state. I was reasonably upset and asked if they could just please ship it to my home in NY (they are out of NY), I was met with rude, hostile management. I have spend countless hours just trying to get someone to answer the phone. You cannot even get a word in because they talk over you. Anthony and Joseph are their names. They literally screamed at me and said that if I wanted my merchandise shipped to my current home it would be an extra $2,000. They assured me when I purchased the furniture that it WOULD NOT be shipped until I could give them the correct address, and wouldnt be shipped until April. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and told me they never said that the furniture would not be shipped. I purchased the furniture on a Sunday night and I have proof because I used my credit card, and they are trying to say that I purchased it on Saturday and then sat and argued and screamed at me some more when I tried to tell them that I have proof. I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional behavior from a company such as this. Now I am sitting here trying to figure out how I am going to come up with the extra $2,000 for them to ship it back to NY. The shipping was going to be free to the other state...see the scam here? IT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED UNTIL APRIL....and I was guarenteed that it would not be. They did not contact me and let me know it was shipped, as promised. I will be making a complaint with BBB. This company has hundreds of complaints through the BBB, and I really wish I had looked that up first before deciding to go through this company. They deliberately lied to me to make a sale. Expensive lesson to learn, but learned none the less. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I bought a bedroom set. It really looks as good as the photo. The new smell is nice. Customer service is great. They will call you back.
Don't forget to order the matress base. It will fit better than any other you buy.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
