I bought a set of Ashley bar stools that were $50 cheaper at 1stopbedrooms then they were from Ashley furniture. They ended up on back order and were going to take 2 weeks to get here so the company reached out and gave me the option to cancel for a full refund or choose to wait. I was in no rush and chose to wait. I love the chairs and will definitely buy from 1stop bedrooms again in the future.

Their price was $599. Cheaper than the SALE price in town. I was charged separately for shipping and taxes but still cheaper than buying locally and they brought it to my house and set it up. It's a very quality mattress. I was looking for less toxic fire $#*!ant chemicals on it so I got one with a Gell in it.
It's comfortable and I'm happy. Pulled sheets back to detox chemical smell and it only took a couple of days. TRUELY organic mattresses are pretty pricy so I'm happy with this compromise.

I had placed an order for a sofa set at another site and was let down 10 days later with an email that it was discontinued. I started googling and found this place. They had another similar set advertised within our budget. I called this time and asked if they could actually check on the inventory before I waste any time ordering since its going into a new practice I am almost done building and timing is important. Nice guy called their distribution hub - checked inventory and gave me an estimate for delivery. I know furniture is big and it takes time but when ordering something like this online - its nice to talk to someone live and get reassurance and for that I am appreciative. The rep took his time, got me all set up with assembly, walked me through the dimensions and coverage plans, confirmed my addresses to ensure no mistakes happen and still all within my budgeted price. You can't ask for more than that when dealing with an online company and these guys do it well.
We went looking for a new couch and found one that we liked in the store. It was pretty high in price plus the shipping would be added on making it even more. I came home and looked it up and found it in several places but by far this place was much cheaper. The shipping was free and was guaranteed white glove shipping. Once it got in our area they called and set up a time to deliver. We had already cleared a space for it but they brought it in st it in its place and checked it all over to make sure it was satisfactory. I dearly love my couch and even loved the price. The sales representative MAX was AWESOME! Thank you for making my purchase such an easy experience. I called the 800# after I looked online and had a TON of questions about the bed I wanted to buy. MAX (thank goodness he was the one that answered my call) was able to find my online "shopping cart" and help me with not only the purchase but with picking out a mattress, Total Care Plan ( which by the way is AWESOME!), special delivery needs, coupons and SALE items. I have taught sales in many places around the country and NEVER once felt like I was being "SOLD"! I feel like I got the best deal for my money and can't wait to get my "white glove treatment " for my new bed! I don't think I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else!
