I ordered the Caldwell master chest, I was having a day. I canceled my order and I really liked this chest. I reordered with Max. The first guy was helpful. It wasn't him it was me. Max. I received my furniture from the delivery company. Unfortunately one of the couches had a pretty good gouge on it. I called customer service immediately (within an hour) and spoke to Phil. Phil was very accommodating and is fixing the situation. I was blown away by customer service. Most online companies customer service isn't the greatest. So far 1stop has been fantastic

The entire ordering process was great! The communication post ordering was very clear. The website is awesome! I spoke with Max today and he needed to confirm my shipping address. He was extremely friendly and helpful and let me know I did not choose the protection plan that was on sale. I can not believe i missed that! I am so glad he told me and when i called back to purchase it he was fantastic!

I had looked all over for a sleeper sofa that served our needs, was affordable, and looked nice for our guest room. 1stopbedrooms exceeded my expectations! After receiving a notification that there was a problem with my delivery address, I was connected with a friendly and knowledgeable representative from the company to complete my order. Max was great even suggesting a better protection plan for my order and, upon hearing that I needed it in time for an upcoming visit from family, even put a rush on my delivery. You are the best!

Still Waiting

On March 4th I purchased 2 bedroom sets. In late March, they said one bedroom set was on backorder until mid April and gave me the option to approve to wait for the backorder. I received notification mid May that my order had shipped to the White Delivery Location and would be shipped within 5-7 days. Called at end of May to find that the OTHER bedroom set is on backorder, which I never approved. The sets are currently half of the price they were when I ordered them and they offered me $250 refund. I then received call from White Glove Delivery saying they had 3 out of 15 pieces ready for delivery. June 20th... still nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Bought a bedroom set. After it came home, it was really poor quality with dings and marks all over. On reporting to customer care with pictures and proofs, we are told that Ashley makes poor quality furniture and thats it, but we can return if we don't like, and below are my refund amounts. DON'T buy from these guys but buy locally where you can see the stuff first rather than tossing your money for junk.

Order arrived very quick, table was bigger than I expected.the only downside is polish was not bright as the picture showed it in the showroom. Other than that I am very satisfied with the purchase!

I tried to return some furniture. It states online estimated $1.50 per pound to return. I was willing to pay that on a $2,500 purchase which i thought would have cost me $800. I understood that completely. But no they charged me over double the $1.50 a pound plus the original delivery (once again i was willing to pay). They want $1,595 to return my sectional. Hassle free returns i can not agree with.
