I was ripped off! When filling financing I requested 24 months. Called to add more to order and sales rep cancelled application creating 2 12 month applications instead of 1 24 month. Rep said over and over he would combine and never did. I called many times to fix before furniture arrived they promise to call back, never do. They also delivered wrong bed, didn't assemble as promised. They billed me a $1400 bed but delivered $700 bed. Nobody made it right. They give you the runaround never to solve problem. High management starts at 12pm but gone by 5pm. When finally got a hold of them they refused to fix issue. Now I ended with a tougher financing and $700 cheaper bed but paying they expensive one. Sleeping in my living room floor for past weeks they still won't fix their screw up. When I requested tu return items, still in box as delivered, they said it would cost me $1400 to return. So here I am sleeping in the floor, paying twice than worth and in 12 months instead of 24. DO NOT BUY FROM 1 STOP BEDROOMS!,

I ordered just over $4000 of furniture today through Eddie who was great. He provided answers and further explanations to all my questions. He
Also spent time to explain the service protection plan which I also purchased and he did it without sounding like a salesman. For anyone wanting furniture, just add everything you are thinking about into your cart then call Eddie directly at X7021. If he doesn't answer he will see your number and call you back. Unless something goes wrong with my order, I will definitely be using 1stopbedrooms.com for more furniture purchases in the future.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
