I found a great looking bedroom set for a great price on this site. I placed an order and it went very smooth. I needed to confirm my shipping address so they notified me promptly. I spoke with Max and he was very knowledgeable. Overall great experience so far. I can't wait to see my new furniture.
We ordered a bedroom set from them. It came entirely different from what they showed on their website. We asked to return it. They've told us that would cost $1.5 per pound. Our bedroom set was around 600 pounds. But they now said we need to pay $1400 restocking fees! So in total they wanted us to pay $2400 for a set that costed $3400. They asked for pictures. We sent them the pictures. They said they will sent it to the manufacturer but they never got back to us. Each time I try to reach their support, it takes more than one hour to get to someone. Their staff see the problem but they do not want to act on it. What a scam this website is! Please stay away.

I called to confirm my shipping address. Max was very helpful and answered my questions quickly. He informed me of a warranty that I wasn't even aware of.
This is my 4th call with 1 Stop Bedrooms and none of them compare to the help and care Elliot provided me on the call. He made me feel comfortable to ask all of my questions.
