It seems that 1StopBedrooms was having difficulty with one of their manufacturers, which is why my order lingered in "Pending Confirmation" for over a month. It's unfortunate, as a furniture dealer needs a good manufacturer to provide good customer satisfaction.
Fortunately, once my complaint was elevated to a manager, I was granted a full and prompt refund. Thus, while I am disappointed that the order could not be completed, I am satisfied that they are trying to do right by their customers. I hope that they can find a better manufacturer and resume a proper flow of business.
I have now been going on two months without a bedroom set! It has been delivered 3 times and all three times damaged. I would not accept any of it. Now because I want my money back I am going to have to pay a restocking fee of 1.50 a lb, which at this point I will take the 500 hit and be done with this company! Horrible horrible service.
The supervisor was very polite and professional. Even after I got very upset he was quite patient with me.

I found a great looking bedroom set for a great price on this site. I placed an order and it went very smooth. I needed to confirm my shipping address so they notified me promptly. I spoke with Max and he was very knowledgeable. Overall great experience so far. I can't wait to see my new furniture.
We ordered a bedroom set from them. It came entirely different from what they showed on their website. We asked to return it. They've told us that would cost $1.5 per pound. Our bedroom set was around 600 pounds. But they now said we need to pay $1400 restocking fees! So in total they wanted us to pay $2400 for a set that costed $3400. They asked for pictures. We sent them the pictures. They said they will sent it to the manufacturer but they never got back to us. Each time I try to reach their support, it takes more than one hour to get to someone. Their staff see the problem but they do not want to act on it. What a scam this website is! Please stay away.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
