Extremely easy to place order. Eddie was very helpful and helped me get a Better product. Great prices and and free shipping is the best with set up included
I firmly believe that 1StopBedrooms is not in business to sale furniture but to make money collecting fees. Their practices are not only purposefully deceptive but against the law with false reviews.
I have personal injury in over $600 in fees for furniture I never received and want to be contacted by anyone that would like to prevent anyone else from having this experience.
1Stop has posted a reply message to this review stating they've tried to reach me. This is also a lie because I don't have one email nor voicemail message from them about this review. They have my contact information because they have emailed me as recently as the end of July about paying the fees.
Please just shop elsewhere for your own good.

It seems that 1StopBedrooms was having difficulty with one of their manufacturers, which is why my order lingered in "Pending Confirmation" for over a month. It's unfortunate, as a furniture dealer needs a good manufacturer to provide good customer satisfaction.
Fortunately, once my complaint was elevated to a manager, I was granted a full and prompt refund. Thus, while I am disappointed that the order could not be completed, I am satisfied that they are trying to do right by their customers. I hope that they can find a better manufacturer and resume a proper flow of business.

I have now been going on two months without a bedroom set! It has been delivered 3 times and all three times damaged. I would not accept any of it. Now because I want my money back I am going to have to pay a restocking fee of 1.50 a lb, which at this point I will take the 500 hit and be done with this company! Horrible horrible service.
The supervisor was very polite and professional. Even after I got very upset he was quite patient with me.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

Answer: Hi Nancy, Sorry it took so long to respond. We estimate 4-6 weeks for delivery, to be safe, but it usually takes 2-4 weeks. This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
