Max helped with completing my order. The initial process couldn't determine my sales tax and he corrected that for me. Also offered me the better protection plan because the pop up did not work during the process

Loved that he was able to me laugh. Most sales calls are boring and don't have any enthusiasm. Sounds like this gentleman enjoys helping out.
Worst on line experience ever! Purchased 2 couches for $3000 and needed 1 exchanged for wrong order placed. It would have cost me $82 and no exchange or money to put towards new couch. That's right, this company wanted me to give them $1650 and have no couch in place!?!?!? Poorest customer service ever. Too many good companies out there who take care of their customers to spend a penny on this company.

Eddy, was excellent! He was able to answer all my questions and get this product rushed to me in order to accommodate a last minute scheduled C- section. I needed a bed for the nursery instead of climbing on and off our extremely tall master bed.

Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
