The two guys that delivered the dresser were awesome. The did not hit anything. They were extremely careful. They did not scratch any furniture or any walls. I am hoping any future purchases I make of large deliveries are handled by them. Five stars plus!

I am looking forward to our new BR furniture. At the beginning, I chose to have my husband construct the bed, but Douglas convinced me how convenient it would be to have delivery set up and construct the canopy. I then chose the full setup when delivered.

I placed my order over the phone with Justin because I had a delivery request. Justin made sure that the items were in stock and requested my delivery date. I also had a discount not show from my cart to the check out, and Justin did the extra effort to get all the discounts I was due. Justin is what customer service is all about.
